At Allegro Furniture, good customer service is the lifeblood of our organization. Everything flows from it and is nourished by it. Customer Service is not a department, it’s an attitude. Each one of the members is dedicated to give the personal touch needed with each of our customers. Process orders for the following areas:
Northern California, Oregon, Washington, Nevada, Idaho, Montana, Utah, Colorado, New Mexico, Texas, Missouri, North Carolina, and San Bernardino/Riverside Counties on Freight company trucks.

Help resolve customer service issues, facilitate excellent customer service at Allegro Furniture, process orders for container customers, service for accounts out of our normal procedures.

Robert Fernandez: Premium Logistics Deliveries/Parts orders VIA DHL
Processes orders to be delivered by Premium Logistics in Los Angeles County including: Long Beach, Inglewood, Hawthorne, San Fernando Valley.

Yvonne Banuelos: San Diego/L.A./Arizona & deliveries to Tijuana
Process orders to be delivered on Allegro Trucks to San Diego, San Bernardino/Riverside Counties, Orange County, mid part of Los Angeles County- Montebello, Pico Rivera, Whittier, El Monte Arizona, and Mexico customer’s local warehouses as well as overflow on the San Diego Will Call desk.

Receives Invoices and Mail, processes payments, credit memos, freight returns. Enters invoices and assigns the reps. names to each account.
